PROBATE
Grant of probate only
We will apply for Grant of Probate based on the information provided by the Executors of the estate. On receipt of Grant of Probate the Executors will deal with the administration of the estate personally.
Grant of probate and administration of estates
We will deal with the entire process of administering the estate and final distributions to beneficiaries.
Between £399 to £999 fixed fee available. The fix fee will be dependent on the Inheritance tax position.
£2000 - £5000 quotes available on request dependent upon the number of beneficiaries and assets and other complexities including Inheritance tax. Based on a charge rate of £200 per hour.

HMCTS – Probate Registry fee - £155
Additional copy Grant of Probate each - £0.50
Legal and Public Notices (London and Local paper to protect against unknown creditors) – approximately £220
NB: Any disputes as to the validity of wills, or between beneficiaries as to distribution of assets, any foreign assets or claims against the estate is highly likely to increase the costs.
