PROBATE

Grant of representation only
We will apply for Grant of Representation based on the information provided by the Executors/Administrators of the estate. On receipt of Grant of Representation the Executors/Administrators will deal with the administration of the estate personally.

Grant of probate and administration of estates
We will deal with the entire process of administering the estate and final distributions to beneficiaries.

 

Between £399 to £1500 (excluding VAT) fixed fee available. The fix fee will be dependent on the Inheritance tax position and whether the deceased left a will.

£2000 - £5000 (excluding VAT) quotes available on request dependent upon the number of beneficiaries and assets and other complexities including Inheritance tax. Based on a charge rate of £200 (excluding VAT) per hour.
